Barbara Stockon graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. She also has her certification in Elementary Education 1-8 and Special Education K-12. Barbara has a Master of Science in Mid-Management in which she received her Principal Certification and her Superintendent Certification. She retired from teaching and administration with 29 years of experience.


Nichole Hensley

Nichole Irick graduated from Texas Tech University in 2009. She has been a classroom teacher, curriculum writer, and presenter.

Sherri Bozer

Cindy Buscher

Sherri Bozer is driven to help students overcome barriers that impact their learning. She believes that student success is created through meaningful relationships.  She is committed to student success inside of the classroom and in life through establishing strong connections. In her thirty-fifth year of  teaching. She has taught in various classroom settings. She holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, National- Lewis University (1990), a B.S. in Science Education K-12 and A.S. in Early Childhood (1985) Illinois State University. She also has a PreK-12 ESOL endorsement. She exposes her students to a higher state of learning and opportunities where she instills the belief in all of her students that they able and capable of achieving greatness. Sherri has learned that the best way to achieve success is to motivate and empower students and staff. She resides with her husband of 35 years and their dogs Halas and Sayers. Sherri is very proud of both of her sons. Equally excited and proud of their first grand baby. In addition to teaching, Sherri creates jewelry and is an enthusiastic Chicago Cubs baseball fan and Chicago Bears fan. She can be contacted at Thank you for sharing your precious children with us!

Cindy received her B.B.S. from Hardin Simmons University in 1993. After teaching for 20 years, she retired in 2014. Then subbed for Aledo ISD and Lakepoint Academy until she joined us full time here at ECA. Her interests include quilting, choir, community service, travel, and reading. She has been married to Pat, and they have two children, Meredith and Josh. They also have 3 grandkids, Blayne, Ally, and Garrett.
